🚀 RIFFT SENDER — DEVELOPMENT UPDATE

We’re getting very close.

Over the last several days, RIFFT Sender, a product of RIFFT LLC, has moved from development and simulation into real-world route testing. We have been deliberately running the system hard—posting routes, accepting loads from the Driver side, changing stop order, navigating routes, completing deliveries, capturing POD photos and signatures, communicating between Driver and Broker, and generating final completion reports.

And that testing is doing exactly what it is supposed to do: finding the little things before we put this system in everyone’s hands.

One of the biggest milestones is that the Driver system has now completed repeated test routes successfully, including full stop-by-stop workflows from pickup through final delivery.

We are also opening registration. For the initial rollout, applications will be reviewed manually so we can control access while the platform continues its final testing. Automated approval/decline notifications will come later—we are not going to hold up getting real users into the system over an email feature.

RIFFT Sender isn't being built from a theory of how logistics should work. It is being built and tested around what actually happens at the dispatch desk, at the warehouse, and behind the wheel.

There are still finishing touches and things we're going to improve. That's exactly why we're testing it this way.

But we're no longer asking:

“Can this idea work?”

We're now working on:

“Is this ready to put in people's hands?”

A: RIFFT Sender is a live dispatch and load management platform designed to connect brokers with drivers and help manage loads from posting through final delivery.

Q: Can I sign up as a Broker now?
A: Yes. Brokers can sign up and begin testing RIFFT Sender.

Q: Can I use drivers I already work with?
A: Yes. RIFFT Sender is designed so you can continue working with your existing drivers while also building and managing your driver network through the platform.

Q: Can I post loads for available drivers?
A: Yes. Eligible public loads can be made available to drivers using RIFFT Sender.

Q: Can I send a load directly to a driver I already trust?
A: Yes. Brokers can build a preferred Driver Team and work with trusted drivers through RIFFT Sender.

Q: Can drivers accept or decline loads?
A: Yes. Drivers remain responsible for accepting or declining opportunities offered to them.

Q: Can a driver negotiate a public load?
A: Yes. RIFFT Sender supports private negotiation between the Broker and Driver when negotiation is enabled for the load.

Q: Can I monitor the progress of a route?
A: Yes. The Broker board provides route status, completed stops, remaining stops, completion times, and delivery documentation as it becomes available.

Q: Does RIFFT Sender provide Proof of Delivery?
A: Yes. The system supports Proof of Delivery information, including photos, signatures, and completion records when required for the route.

Q: Can my company use RIFFT Sender without giving up our own identity?
A: Yes. RIFFT Sender is the platform. Brokers operate their own business and manage their own loads and drivers through the system.

Q: Can I sign up directly as a Driver?
A: Yes. Drivers can create their own RIFFT Sender Driver account.

Q: Do I have to work for RIFFT LLC to use RIFFT Sender?
A: No. RIFFT Sender is designed to connect independent drivers with participating brokers and available opportunities.

Q: Can I see loads from different Brokers?
A: Eligible public Drivers can see public opportunities made available through participating Brokers.

Q: Can I accept or decline a load?
A: Yes. You decide whether to accept or decline an available opportunity.

Q: Can I negotiate the price?
A: When negotiation is enabled for a load, you can submit a counteroffer directly through the system.

Q: Can I use RIFFT Sender from my phone?
A: Yes. The Driver side of RIFFT Sender is designed for mobile use while managing routes and stops.

Q: What happens after I accept a route?
A: The route becomes your active assignment. You can work through the stops, update completion information, provide required POD documentation, and complete the route through RIFFT Sender.

Q: Does RIFFT Sender track my completed stops?
A: Yes. The system records stop completion and the time each stop was completed so the Broker can follow the progress of the route.

Q: Can I work with Brokers I already know?
A: Yes. RIFFT Sender is designed to help Drivers maintain existing Broker relationships while also creating opportunities to connect with new participating Brokers.
